How do I know if my roof needs a repair or a full replacement?

Your roof may need repair or replacement if it was built when Australian standards were different, making it less resilient to today’s harsh weather conditions. Other signs include water ingress inside your home, loose or deteriorated fixings, or visible wear to the roofing material.

You don’t need to be home, but we prefer it so we can have a face-to-face conversation about your roof and walk you through what we find.

A typical roof repair can take anywhere from 1–3 days, while a full replacement can take 3–10 days depending on the size of the job.

We recommend an inspection once every 5 years. However, if your property is close to a bushy environment or has overhanging trees, annually is advisable.

Your property is our responsibility. We take every measure to protect it — whether that’s covering areas with plastic or tarp, or simply being mindful of your surroundings throughout the entire job.

We offer up to a 7-year warranty on our workmanship (depending on the nature of the job) and a 10-year warranty on full roof replacements, giving you long-term peace of mind.

In our experience, insurance companies generally place the responsibility of roof maintenance on the homeowner. However, policies differ between providers, so it’s best to check directly with your insurer.

Contact us as soon as possible and request an urgent quote and repair. We’ll do our best to get to you quickly and resolve the issue.

Noise is generally minimal, however when we need to use power tools such as drills or hammer drills there will be some noise involved. We always aim to keep disruption to a minimum.

Our supervisors hold current first aid certificates. We are also asbestos trained and ticketed to work with and around asbestos.
